Information System Specialist

About the Role

We're looking for an Information Systems Specialist. This is an on-site, hands-on role. You'll lead the implementation, development and continuous improvement of the company's information systems, including ERP, CRM and other business applications. You'll work closely with every department to turn business needs into working solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of new information systems, from requirements gathering and design through configuration, testing, data migration and go-live.
• Own and manage the company's core systems and act as the main point of contact for them.
• Gather and analyze requirements into functional specifications.
• Design, develop and deploy new features, workflows, automations, reports and dashboards.
• Lead integrations between systems and with external platforms (APIs, middleware, data flows).
• Make sure data stays accurate, consistent and secure across systems, including user roles and permissions.
• Recommend improvements to business processes and to the system architecture as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading system projects from requirements to go-live.
• Strong understanding of business processes such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, sales and quality.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP (e.g. SAP Business One, Priority, NetSuite, Dynamics 365) and/or CRM (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot).
• Experience with system integrations, APIs and data migration.
• Working knowledge of SQL and reporting/BI tools such as Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
