Information Systems and Technology Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership position.
• Strong experience in IT infrastructure, systems, and network administration.
• Proven experience managing IT operations in a BPO/call center environment.
• Demonstrated experience in IT project management and implementation.
• Strong background in cybersecurity, risk management, and IT governance.
• Experience managing cloud services and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with enterprise applications, ERP systems, and database management.
• Proven experience in IT budgeting, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Candidates should have strong knowledge of:

• IT infrastructure and network management
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Virtualization technologies
• Cybersecurity frameworks and best practices
• IT governance frameworks such as ISO 27001, ITIL, or NIST

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and manage the IT team, including mentoring, performance management, and resource planning.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, software, systems, and applications.
• Ensure the stability, scalability, security, and reliability of IT systems.
• Lead IT projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Manage cloud platforms, virtualization technologies, and enterprise applications.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Establish and enforce IT security policies and cybersecurity best practices.
• Monitor and mitigate cybersecurity risks and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Conduct IT audits, risk assessments, and regular reviews of systems and processes.
• Oversee business application development, deployment, integration, and maintenance.
• Manage IT support and helpdesk operations, ensuring timely resolution of technical concerns.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive IT documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure effective delivery of IT services.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend solutions that can improve business efficiency and innovation.
