  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, system enhancements, and service requests from ideation through implementation.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder engagements to provide updates on project progress, enhancement requests, and technology initiatives.
  • Drive the planning, assessment, and prioritization of business requirements, enhancements, and subscription requests.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to define project scope, priorities, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to validate project costs, budgets, and funding requirements.
  • Facilitate discussions and negotiations regarding project priorities, resource allocation, and delivery commitments.
  • Evaluate and assess business-as-usual (BAU) system enhancement requests and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
  • Support the development of business cases, high-level requirements, and solution proposals to address business needs.
  • Monitor the progress of IT initiatives and ensure timely resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies.
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication among business units, IT teams, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project and operational outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the business unit's technology roadmap and IT strategy.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years above of experience in IT Account Management, Business Relationship Management, IT Project Coordination, or similar client-facing technology roles.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management, business engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
