Job Description VideoSDK is a real-time communication platform built for developers who want performance and control. Teams use VideoSDK to build custom video calls, live streams, webinars and collaborative apps while we handle signaling, media routing, scaling and reliability behind the scenes.

Role Overview We are looking for an IT Administrator to manage and maintain our internal IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with system troubleshooting, network security, and IT compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure (systems, networks, devices)
• Handle onboarding and offboarding (laptops, accounts, access control)
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Manage user access, permissions, and security policies
• Ensure regular system updates, backups, and patch management
• Support internal teams with day-to-day IT issues Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and logs
• Assist in implementing and maintaining IT compliance and security standards
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of firewall management and network security.
• Understanding of IT compliance and security best practices.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
