Role Description The Information Technology Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Manchester, NJ. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and ensuring systems operate reliably in support of healthcare compliance and financial workflows. The IT Analyst will monitor system performance, perform troubleshooting and diagnostics, assist with system updates and configurations, and document recurring issues and resolutions. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze operational needs, recommend technology solutions, and support the implementation of new tools and processes. The role also involves communicating technical information in clear, accessible language and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Information Technology knowledge, including familiarity with healthcare or financial systems and general IT infrastructure.
• Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate system performance, identify patterns, and recommend improvements.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for working with internal stakeholders and documenting technical processes.
• Relevant experience with help desk or IT support roles in a healthcare or compliance-focused environment is beneficial.
• Working knowledge of databases, security best practices, and basic scripting or automation tools is an advantage.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Manchester, NJ and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
