Responsibilities

• Drive alignment across internal and cross-functional initiatives by clearly communicating priorities, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and execution plans.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans in partnership with design leadership, including scope, timelines, expectations, and key deliverables.
• Track progress, surface risks and blockers, and coordinate mitigation plans to keep programs on schedule and reduce execution risk.
• Lead weekly program reviews and team syncs by managing agendas, distributing materials, tracking decisions, and highlighting issues requiring leadership action.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, resource tracking, and leadership meeting coordination in partnership with design, engineering, product, brand, manufacturing, and administrative teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in program management, operations, or project coordination.
• Proven success managing complex cross-functional programs; experience in automotive, consumer products, or design is preferred.
• Proficiency with project and program management tools used to plan, track, and coordinate complex initiatives.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills, including the ability to work effectively with leadership and technical professionals.
• Quick learner with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach to obstacles and strong follow-through.
