Manager - M CARD ENGAGEMENT SOLUTION

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and manage M Card promotion systems, Gift Voucher, and M Cash Coupon solutions in alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee system architecture, application development, user access management, and system enhancements to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Translate business requirements from Marketing, Accounting, and Customer Service into effective technology solutions.
• Lead and monitor the development team to ensure system quality, accuracy, and timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with relevant business and IT stakeholders to manage system development, issue resolution, and system implementation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring problems are resolved within agreed service levels (SLA).
• Monitor system performance and continuously improve existing applications to support business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of IT experience, preferably in loyalty systems or related application development.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in LANSA programming on the AS/400 platform.
• Experience in system analysis, application development, system architecture, and project coordination.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Good command of English.
