💰 Annual Salary: $99,840 – $124,800

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Applications Systems Specialist with strong expertise in Meditech Expanse Electronic Health Records (EHR) to support and optimize clinical and administrative applications in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide application ownership and advanced support for Meditech Expanse EMR.

✅ Troubleshoot system issues and resolve application support requests.

✅ Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and updates.

✅ Train physicians and healthcare professionals on EMR functionality.

✅ Support application testing, implementation, and maintenance.

✅ Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to improve workflows and system performance.

✅ Maintain clinical data accuracy and support application integrations.

✅ Identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.

Required Qualifications:

🔹 Minimum 5 years of Meditech Expanse EHR experience in acute care and/or ambulatory healthcare settings.

🔹 Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, IT, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent education and experience.

🔹 Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems.

🔹 Experience providing EMR support and training to physicians and clinical staff.

🔹 Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and project management skills.

🔹 Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
