What they need
Our client is a major statutory body in Hong Kong. They are looking for TWO individuals to join their IT Call Centre team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hotline support at the IT Call Centre
- Provide operational support, including hardware and software installation
- Identify hardware, software, and network problems and computer equipment configuration
Requirements:
- HKCEE with 5 subjects passed (including English & Chinese)
- At least two relevant work experiences in hotline support or technical support on desktop and network problems
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
