JOB SUMMARY:
IT Associate focuses in the areas of computer operations, cable installation, user and desktop support (hardware and software), and attending helpdesk, remote sessions, phone support and viber support. Performs a variety of complex information technology support duties to ensure smooth delivery of technology services.
- Graduate of BS Computer Science, BS Information Technology, BS Computer Engineering
- Perform technical repair and technical report of any I.T. devices and concern.
- Familiarity with programming concepts and web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Nodes.js, and SQL
- Familiarity with Android Studio, Visual Studio, and other development tools
