WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Business Consultant, or in a similar role.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and functional documentation .
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and process specifications .
• Experience analysing and documenting business processes, workflows, and system interactions .
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, developers, and project managers .
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar requirements/project management tools .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in an international environment .
• Good/fluent English , both written and spoken.

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements .
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and pain points .
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria .
• Analyse and map AS-IS and TO-BE business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams .
• Participate in workshops, meetings, and requirements-gathering sessions with different stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development and technical teams to ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented.
• Support testing activities, UAT, solution validation, and defect analysis .
• Ensure alignment between business expectations, functional requirements, and delivered solutions.
• Contribute to project documentation and support stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle .
• Identify potential gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities related to business requirements.
• Support the continuous improvement of processes and solutions.
