Position Summary:

We are seeking experienced IT Business Partners / Senior Business Analysts to serve as the primary liaison between business functions and IT. These roles will translate business needs into technology requirements, improve processes, and support enterprise applications and transformation initiatives from requirements through UAT and go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT partner for the assigned business function.
• Conduct requirements workshops, interviews, and process assessments .
• Document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Map current-state and future-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage requirements using Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent tools .
• Support ERP, CRM, HCM, Digital, Retail, Finance, Procurement, Service/Warranty, and Manufacturing initiatives.
• Plan and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business sign-off.
• Support implementation, training, readiness, go-live, and post-go-live adoption.
• Partner with business and IT leadership to prioritize technology initiatives and deliver business value.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis / IT Business Partner experience .
• Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder-management experience.
• Experience with process mapping and current/future-state analysis .
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools .
• Experience supporting UAT, enterprise implementations, and process transformation .
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in at least one relevant business area: Digital, Service/Warranty, Purchasing, HR, Retail, Finance, or Manufacturing Operations .

Preferred

• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Salesforce, UKG, Power BI, Adobe Experience Manager , or equivalent platforms.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, distribution, or multi-site environments .
• IIBA CCBA/CBAP, PMI-PBA, or BRMP certification.

1. IT Business Partner – Digital

1. Experience with digital platforms, customer portals, public websites, and dealer-facing applications .
2. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM/Marketing and/or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) .
3. Experience mapping online customer journeys , including leads, orders, and integration with downstream operations.
4. Strong understanding of digital analytics, customer experience, and web/digital transformation .
5. Experience gathering requirements, managing UAT, and delivering customer-facing digital solutions .

2. IT Business Partner – Service & Warranty

1. Experience with service management, warranty claims, scheduling, dispatch, or customer care systems .
2. Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM/service platforms.
3. Experience replacing or modernizing legacy service/warranty applications .
4. Ability to translate warranty/service processes into functional requirements and future-state workflows .
5. Experience with UAT, reporting, claims analytics, and post-go-live process improvement .

3. IT Business Partner – Purchasing

1. Strong experience with procurement, purchasing, receiving, supplier management, and approval workflows .
2. Experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV .
3. Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes and enterprise integrations.
4. Experience using Power BI for purchasing, supplier, spend, or procurement analytics.
5. Experience implementing procurement automation/AI and process improvements .

4. IT Business Partner – HR

1. Strong experience with HRIS/HCM, payroll, employee data, and HR business processes .
2. Experience with UKG HCM/Payroll or comparable enterprise HR platforms.
3. Experience with LMS platforms , preferably Alliant LMS or similar.
4. Understanding of employee-data integrations, identity management, and directory systems .
5. Experience handling sensitive employee information , HR reporting, UAT, and compliance requirements.

5. IT Business Partner – Retail

1. Experience with retail operations, sales, inventory, store systems, and multi-location environments .
2. Strong experience with Salesforce CRM and/or retail platforms such as Homefront .
3. Experience supporting multi-brand/multi-store technology deployments .
4. Understanding of integrations between retail, CRM, and finance/ERP systems , particularly Oracle Fusion.
5. Experience with store operations transformation, UAT, deployment, training, and adoption .

6. IT Business Partner – Finance

1. Strong experience with financial systems, accounting, financial reporting, and month-end/quarter-end close .
2. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and/or Dynamics NAV .
3. Experience with GL, AP, AR, financial reporting, and budgeting/planning processes .
4. Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle EPM, Power BI, or Jet Reports .
5. Knowledge of SOX/internal controls , requirements traceability, UAT, and finance system implementations.

7. IT Business Partner – Operations

1. Strong experience with manufacturing operations, plant-floor processes, production, quality, and safety systems .
2. Experience with Dynamics NAV and/or Oracle Fusion in manufacturing environments.
3. Experience with PTC Windchill or other PLM/manufacturing engineering platforms.
4. Ability to map and standardize plant processes across multiple manufacturing locations .
5. Experience with plant deployments, operational systems integration, UAT, and continuous process improvement .
