Key Responsibilities
1. Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues.
Maintain office computers, printers, and IT equipment.
Create simple process flows and wireframes using Figma.
Document system workflows and requirements.
Assist in software testing and implementation.
Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Graduate of IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related course.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Familiarity with Figma is an advantage.
Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
