About the role

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Team Leader to join Radtelcom Technologies Corporation in Lucena City, Quezon. This is a full-time position that offers a strategic opportunity to lead, mentor and develop a high-performing IT team whilst driving technological excellence across the organisation. As Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, managing team performance, and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. This role is crucial to maintaining our competitive advantage through robust technology infrastructure and innovative IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and motivate an IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
• Manage day-to-day IT operations, including system maintenance, troubleshooting and support
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, networks and security protocols
• Develop and enforce IT policies, standards and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
• Monitor team performance, set objectives and conduct regular performance reviews
• Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members
• Collaborate with other departments to understand technology requirements and deliver tailored IT solutions
• Manage IT budgets and resources effectively to optimise operational costs
• Report on IT performance metrics and key indicators to senior management
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance organisational capabilities

What we're looking for

• Proven leadership experience managing IT teams in a technology or corporate environment
• Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, systems administration and cybersecurity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop and retain team members through effective coaching and mentoring
• Experience in IT service management and support delivery
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Knowledge of IT governance, compliance requirements and risk management principles
• Relevant IT certifications (such as CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft or similar) are desirable
• Understanding of business processes and the ability to align IT strategy with organisational goals
