Information Technology Director

We are seeking a visionary IT Director to lead the company's full-scale Digital Transformation — from elevating our food manufacturing facilities to Industry 4.0 / Smart Factory standards, to managing enterprise ERP (SAP), building out E-Commerce capabilities, and securing our digital infrastructure. You will report directly to the Managing Director and own the IT strategy that drives competitive advantage across the entire group.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Strategy & Digital Transformation

Define and execute short- and long-term IT masterplans. Apply Predictive AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing to FMCG business contexts, driving the organization toward a fully Data-Driven model.

• Manufacturing IT & Smart Factory (SCADA / IoT)

Integrate SCADA and IoT systems within food production facilities and connect them seamlessly with SAP (PP/QM/MM). Champion AI Vision for quality control and Predictive Maintenance to reduce downtime and production costs.

• ERP & Enterprise Application Management

Oversee SAP teams (FICO, Logistics, BI) and System Development. Drive Automation Workflow via Power Platform and lead the organization toward paperless operations.

• Digital Commerce & Data Analytics

Partner with E-Commerce and marketing teams on UX/UI and platform development. Deploy Hyper-Personalization, Demand Forecasting, and real-time executive dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

• IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity

Govern network, server, and cloud infrastructure. Enforce cybersecurity policies aligned with ISO 27001 and Thailand's PDPA regulation. Ensure system stability and zero critical incidents.

• Team Leadership & IT Budget

Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of 20–30 across six functions in AI, Data, and Cloud capabilities. Own the annual IT budget and manage strategic vendor and System Integrator relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or MBA (related fields accepted)
• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT
• At least 5 years in a senior IT leadership or management role
• Industry background in FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing is required
• SAP: Proven experience managing or implementing SAP modules (FICO, Logistics, PP, QM, MM, BI); SAP S/4HANA experience is a strong advantage
• Manufacturing IT: Hands-on experience with SCADA, IoT, MES, PLC integration, or Industry 4.0 in a real factory environment
• Digital & AI: Working knowledge of AI / Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and at least one major Cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Cybersecurity: Familiar with ISO 27001 frameworks and PDPA compliance requirements
• Applications: Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), E-Commerce platforms
• Business-level English required (reading, writing, and professional communication)
