Information Technology Executive

Join one of ASEAN's leading financial institutions and play a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure and banking systems. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Executive to support branch operations, manage IT systems, and drive technology initiatives that enable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Ensure systems and banking applications operate efficiently to support daily branch operations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues while coordinating with Head Office and external vendors.
• Maintain core banking system parameters and support implementation of new modules and enhancements.
• Manage investigation and change requests, including requirement discussions, UAT testing, migration sign-off, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
• Perform regular system health checks, antivirus monitoring, and IT security controls.
• Support Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and data backup processes to ensure business continuity.
• Assist in IT projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and submit required IT reports and documentation on a timely basis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, systems administration, or banking technology environments.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and IT operations.
• Exposure to banking systems or financial services technology environments is an added advantage.
• Experience in incident management, system troubleshooting, UAT, and project implementation.
• Good understanding of IT security controls, compliance, and disaster recovery practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership and customer service orientation.
