Information Technology Help Desk

We are seeking a Tier 1 IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support in a Microsoft-based environment. This role is ideal for someone with solid hands-on IT support experience who enjoys troubleshooting end-user issues and delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving day-to-day technical problems, supporting hardware and software deployments, and ensuring users have the tools they need to be productive.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for end users
• Troubleshoot printer, workstation, and network connectivity issues
• Support Microsoft Outlook and other email-related issues
• Perform Active Directory account administration and password resets
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot laptops and peripheral equipment
• Support Office 365 applications and Microsoft technologies
• Document issues and resolutions as needed
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when appropriate

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, and connectivity issues
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to diagnose and resolve common end-user technical problems independently
• At least 1 year of professional IT support experience or equivalent hands-on experience in a corporate environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
• Additional experience supporting enterprise Microsoft environments
