Job Title: IT Help Desk / Deployment Support Analyst III

Location: Irvine, CA – Remote but Local candidates only

Duration: Contract; possible extension

Work: Can be remote but must be local to the office as training is on site

Need to open for Overnight/Night shift and weekends may be required

Role Summary

Looking for a Deployment Support Analyst to provide remote technical support for restaurant technology. The role will troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, identify root causes, and document solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Help Desk / technical support for restaurant technology.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, applications, and network-related issues.
• Support Deployment, ECARE, and RTO programs.
• Identify root causes and application defects and work with business teams to resolve them.
• Create and maintain troubleshooting and resolution documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and Service Desk teams.
• Handle incidents and customer requests from start to resolution.
• Support reporting and problem-management activities.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Work night/weekend rotations as needed.

Must-Have Skills

• 1+ year Help Desk experience
• 1+ year customer service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Windows/PC fundamentals, operating systems, commands/scripts
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Willingness to work overnight and weekend shifts

• A+ Certification
• Network+ Certification
• Computer Science degree or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting applications, networks, or restaurant/retail technology
