IT Infrastructure Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Administrator to take ownership of our group-wide corporate infrastructure, with a strong focus on:

• Identity & Access Management

• Cloud Infrastructure

• Network Infrastructure

• Enterprise SaaS

• Security Operations

• Infrastructure Automation

This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring strong technical ownership, security awareness, and the ability to collaborate across international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Identity Providers such as Okta and Microsoft Entra ID

• Manage SSO, MFA, OAuth 2.0, SAML, Conditional Access, and identity lifecycle

• Administer corporate cloud environments and related IAM, networking, VPN, and security configurations

• Manage and maintain Aruba network infrastructure and related network environments

• Implement and manage Cloudflare solutions, including Zero Trust / ZTNA and secure network access

• Administer ManageEngine solutions for endpoint, device, system, or IT operations management

• Manage corporate DNS, domains, network policies, and internal connectivity

• Administer enterprise applications including Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Confluence

• Manage endpoint management and security solutions such as Intune/Jamf and EDR platforms

• Support security monitoring, incident investigation, audit readiness, and compliance

• Implement Infrastructure as Code and automation using Terraform, Ansible, Python, Bash, or PowerShell

• Improve infrastructure reliability, security, scalability, and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in System Administration, IT Infrastructure, Network Administration, or Cloud Operations

• Hands-on experience working with ManageEngine

• Hands-on experience with Aruba network infrastructure

• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare, particularly Cloudflare Zero Trust / ZTNA

• Strong experience with Identity & Access Management, particularly Okta or Microsoft Entra ID

• Good understanding of SSO, MFA, OAuth 2.0, SAML, Conditional Access, and identity lifecycle management

• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure core services

• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, network security, and Zero Trust concepts

• Experience with endpoint management / UEM and EDR platforms

• Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Python, Bash, or PowerShell

• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar infrastructure automation tools

• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, security hardening, and audit readiness

• Strong English communication skills

• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills

• High ownership, accountability, and security-first mindset
