Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

Opportunity Overview

AOPartners is supporting a growing, multi-facility organization in finding an IT Infrastructure Manager for its Dallas location. This new role brings Azure and Microsoft 365 expertise into the organization. You'll own the infrastructure and collaboration environment end-to-end and work alongside the on-site IT leader and the broader IT team at another facility.

Role Description

• Own Azure infrastructure administration, including architecture, security, monitoring, and cost management.
• Manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including Intune, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, and identity/access (Entra ID).
• Lead endpoint management and device compliance through Intune.
• Support the rollout, governance, and adoption of Microsoft Copilot.
• Manage enterprise Microsoft licensing to keep it optimized, compliant, and cost-effective.
• Manage third-party vendors, MSPs, and technology partners.
• Turn technical issues into clear, plain-language recommendations for business leaders.
• Build documentation, standards, and processes that will scale as the organization grows.

Role Requirements

• 5–8+ years in IT infrastructure, with deep hands-on experience in Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Strong expertise in Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft enterprise licensing (EA/CSP).
• Experience managing vendors and third-party service providers.
• Comfort working as a hands-on individual contributor while acting as the infrastructure owner for the site.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present to non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred: experience in multi-site or industrial/OT environments, exposure to Copilot deployment, and Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, MD-102, MS-102).
