Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

Our client is looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager to join their team!

Location: Kissimmee, FL (3 days per week in-office, 2 days per week remote)

Pay: $100,000 annual salary

Here is what you will be doing:

• Lead infrastructure operations across systems, networks, servers, cloud/virtualization, and related technologies.
• Provide strong technical leadership for network infrastructure while overseeing broader infrastructure initiatives.
• Build a more collaborative, connected infrastructure team by increasing cross-team visibility and communication.
• Ensure team members understand how their individual projects and responsibilities connect to broader IT and organizational priorities.
• Establish clear individual ownership and accountability for projects while encouraging collaborative troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with IT leadership and other technology teams to plan and execute infrastructure projects and service improvements.
• Contribute to long-term infrastructure strategy and help develop the next generation of IT leaders within the organization.

Here is what our ideal candidate has:

• 7+ years of experience leading IT infrastructure operations, ideally across both systems and network environments.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of enterprise networking, including network architecture, infrastructure, troubleshooting, and security.
• Experience managing or leading infrastructure teams and complex technology projects.
• A collaborative leadership style that emphasizes communication, transparency, shared ownership, and teamwork rather than siloed execution.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, IT leadership, and organizational stakeholders.
• A desire to grow as a leader and contribute to succession planning and the long-term development of the IT organization.
