Information Technology Intern

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Strategic IT Communications & Knowledge Management Intern to act as the creative voice and librarian of the Enterprise Technology & Governance (ETG) group. As we transition to our new Federated Tower model, your mission is to ensure that our internal stakeholders and team members have the right information at the right time, delivered with professional clarity and visual excellence.

You will be responsible for translating complex technical milestones into "statesman-like" corporate narratives and architecting the digital library that powers our Shift-Left service delivery strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Corporate Communications

• Narrative Design: Help draft and design internal announcements regarding the 2026 Organizational Reset , ensuring all staff understand the transition from "Stability to Velocity".
• Executive Storytelling: Assist in creating visual presentations for the ManCom and Board, translating technical uptime and security metrics into Business Value Realization stories.
• Internal Branding: Develop creative assets (newsletters, digital posters) that reinforce ETG’s professional standards and the "Trust by Design" culture.

2. Knowledge Management & Digital Nerve Center

• ClickUp Content Architecture: Support the Tower Leads in populating the ClickUp "Single Pane of Glass" with standardized SOPs and project templates to reduce manual reporting.
• Shift-Left Enablement: Collaborate with Tower 1 (Digital Workplace) to build and maintain a user-friendly Knowledge Base, empowering end-users to self-resolve technical issues.
• The Apple Playbook: Document the workflows and successes of the Apple Task Force (Project TOW) to create a replicable model for future device refreshes.

3. Process Documentation

• Federated Tower SOPs: Assist in documenting the unique roles and responsibilities of the Technology Services Specialist (TSS) tracks to ensure seamless cross-tower rotations.
• Digital Asset Management: Maintain the library of IT creative assets and communication templates to ensure brand consistency across the department.
