Information Technology Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities are as follows:

Technical Support

· Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for internal systems and applications.

· Troubleshoot technical issues reported by internal / external users.

· Escalate complex issues to engineers when required.

· Document recurring issues and solutions.

System & Operations Support

· Assist with system monitoring and operational tasks.

· Help maintain internal documentation and support procedures.

· Support maintenance tasks related to system operations.

Development Assistance

· Assist developers with basic programming tasks and bug fixes.

· Help with debugging issues and identifying root causes.

· Support development workflows and version control processes.

Quality Assurance (QA)

· Perform manual testing for new features and bug fixes.

· Document bugs and unexpected behaviour clearly.

· Verify fixes before deployment.

Engineering Collaboration

· Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, and team meetings.

· Learn how systems are designed and maintained.

· Contribute ideas and feedback during discussions.

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
