Information Technology Intern

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join a growing internal support team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career, including recent graduates, who is eager to build hands-on experience in both hardware and software support.

About the Role

In this role, you will support employees and contractors across the organization, helping ensure devices, onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day technical needs are handled smoothly. You’ll have the opportunity to train directly with a current team member before they transition internally, giving you strong support as you ramp up.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for internal employees and contractors
• Assist with hardware tasks such as wiping machines and preparing devices for deployment
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure equipment and access are ready on time
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Mac and Windows environments
• Help support meeting setups and resolve technical issues as needed
• Work through tickets and service requests in a structured support environment
• Review documentation and complete onboarding/training to become effective independently over time

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of IT experience; ideally 1–2 years
• Open to recent graduates seeking an entry-level IT opportunity
• School labs, coursework, certifications, and personal projects are welcome in place of extensive professional experience

Required Skills

• Exposure to both hardware and software support
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on support role
• Professional communication skills and comfort supporting employees at all levels

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
• 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
