What you’ll do :

• Assist with basic cybersecurity checks and system monitoring.

• Support routine IT operations, maintenance, and basic network administration.

• Help troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

• Respond to and document support requests, solutions, and procedures.

• Help identify and report potential security or system concerns.

• Communicate with internal users and provide clear, courteous technical support.

• Participate in team meetings and learn about ongoing IT and security projects.

What we’re looking for :

• Foundational knowledge of IT, networking, or cybersecurity.

• Familiarity with troubleshooting and basic network security concepts.

• Understanding of operating systems, computer hardware, and software installation.

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree or diploma program in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

• Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and follow instructions and documentation.

• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.

• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
