What they need
About The Role:
Provides day-to-day IT technical support, keeping the company’s infrastructure, systems, and network operations running reliably across the organization.
What You Will Be Doing:
1. Troubleshooting software, hardware, and peripherals matters.
2. Maintaining and supporting Windows Operating Systems (OS) and network services (LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) among others.
3. Securing networks and systems, and ensuring all IT resources and services are available and reliable.
4. Providing IT-related administrative support across other departments as needed.
What We Are Looking For:
1. A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
2. Knowledgeable in OS, programs and other general IT related functions.
3. Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
4. Strong communication skills
5. Proactive, with good problem-solving skills
6. Ability to effectively work across all levels
