Information Technology Lead

Location: New York, New York

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in managing IT operations and a strong background in O365, Intune, Firewalls, AV, laptop setup, security, VoIP, and other relevant skills. The IT Lead will be responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure, ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems, manage licenses efficiently, and leading a team of IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
• Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops and other hardware.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.
• Administer and support O365 and Intune environments.
• Configure and manage firewalls, antivirus software, and other security tools.
• Ensure the smooth operation of VoIP systems and other communication technologies.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of O365, Intune, firewalls, antivirus software, laptop setup, security, VoIP, and other relevant technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
• Must Have: Zscaler, O365, Azure Entra, VoIP, Maintain Inventory, support local and remote teams, AV and more
