Role: IT Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, systems, and cloud environments.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, and enterprise access management.
• Drive IT security, data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure reliability.
• Manage network architecture, LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, switches, and connectivity across locations.
• Lead IT infrastructure planning, implementation, upgrades, and technology improvements.
• Establish IT policies, standard operating procedures, and security controls.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, licensing, and infrastructure procurement.
• Lead the IT team, manage escalations, and ensure efficient IT service delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or IT Operations, with leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and IT security.
• Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, vendors, and cross-location operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
