Information Technology Manager

KeyPartners is supporting a publicly listed global leader in experiential travel, in its search for a Senior Manager, Digital & Technology Portfolio.

The role

You will help shape and deliver the company's technology strategy and transformation. You will turn business goals into technology roadmaps, budgets and initiatives that improve the customer experience, efficiency and growth. You will work closely with senior technology leaders and business partners across Operations, HR and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technology strategy for Operations and keep roadmaps aligned with changing business priorities

• Prepare Executive, Steering Committee and Board presentations with clear recommendations

• Work within the IT PMO to drive execution of key initiatives

• Build and manage annual technology budgets and the long-range plan

• Identify risks and define mitigation plans

• Scout emerging technologies and recommend how to use them

What you bring

• 2+ years in strategy at a top-tier technology or management consulting firm

• Experience in travel, hospitality, retail or a similar industry; a corporate background is a plus

• Solid grasp of digital and technology transformation, technical enough to be a credible partner to technology teams

• Structured thinking and strong analytical rigour, including detailed budgeting

• A degree from a top-tier institution

• Curiosity, humility, an entrepreneurial mindset, and confidence presenting to senior audiences
