As the IT Manager I, you will....

• Lead the Data Technical Group responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and enhancing enterprise applications
• Direct application support and development for DMV’s most critical business functions
• Oversee projects that interface with core DMV systems, serving as Technical Manager and Contract Manager
• Guide strategic planning, IT budgeting, procurement, and workforce/succession planning
• Provide leadership through subordinate staff to ensure effective requirements gathering, technical specification development, and delivery of new applications and services
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to advance DMV’s modernization initiatives

• Proven leadership driving large‑scale IT initiatives and supervising technical teams
• Experience supporting mission‑critical or 24/7 operational systems
• Expertise in data modernization, integration, or enterprise transformation
