Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Assurance: Responsible for early involvement in major IP projects at the representative office, ensuring the delivery of IP projects, and supporting and managing major technical issues during project implementation.

2. Capability Enhancement: Responsible for improving the capabilities of the IP team at the representative office, enhancing the operation of industry lines, building a professional IP talent pool, and meeting the resource quality requirements for project delivery.

3. Business Management: Responsible for improving the operational quality of the IP business at the representative office.

4. Enterprise Delivery Support: Supporting the delivery of enterprise IP projects and enhancing partners' delivery capabilities.

Work Qualifications：

1. Have good IP domain skills, more than 3 years Core Network NFV/PS/CS/IMS delivery experiences are preferred.
2. Familiar with Core Network NFV/PS/CS/IMS knowledge and signaling flows, be good at analyzing and solving the issues.
3. Be able to effectively communicate with customers about the technical solution, project plan and progress.
4. Be able to identify and manage the technical issues, develop solutions and plans, track and close the risks.
5. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing capability.
6. Telecommunication-related majors, Bachelor’s degree or above in ICT, Transportation, Engineering.
