What they need
- As IT officer, manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including core system-eAresBank, PCs, SWIFT, Taiwan Cooperative Bank Enterprise Information System, and other computer systems currently or subsequently used by the Branch.
- Manage incoming/outgoing messages from the SWIFT system.
- Monitor and manage the Branch's information security, including reviewing security logs (e.g., firewall and IPS logs), supporting IT incident investigations, preparing incident reports, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Install, configure, migrate, test, and maintain computer systems to ensure stable and efficient operations.
- Maintain and manage the Branch's telecommunication systems, including internet, intranet, and telephone services.
- Maintain IT asset inventories, track license renewals, and support the IT manager with annual budget planning.
- Manage the systems and disaster recovery operations in the disaster recovery alternate site of the branch.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
