Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., Windows/Linux servers, VMware, Azure).
• Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of IT services.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other core infrastructure services.
• Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.
• Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations.
• Support audits and compliance reviews by providing necessary documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure administration, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and change management processes.
