Information Technology Officer - Netsuite

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for providing NetSuite system support, troubleshooting, and user assistance to ensure smooth system operations and efficient business processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide basic NetSuite system support and troubleshoot issues encountered by users.
• Coordinate with end users and relevant departments to address NetSuite issues and process requirements.
• Assist in NetSuite system testing, updates, enhancements, and implementation activities.
• Prepare and maintain ERP-related documentation, user guides, and issue reports.
• Support user training and provide guidance on NetSuite system functions and procedures.
• Coordinate with NetSuite consultants or service providers to resolve complex technical issues.
• Perform other related IT duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related course.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in NetSuite support, ERP systems, or related IT functions is preferred.
• Knowledge of business processes, and basic system troubleshooting.
• Certification in NetSuite certification - Associate tier is an advantage
