Information Technology Operations Engineer

Administer Azure Active Directory, users, groups, permissions, and Group Policies. Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and user accounts. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Provide L1 technical support to users and resolve hardware/software issues. Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network connectivity. Manage antivirus/endpoint security and ensure systems are patched and up to date. Perform regular data backups and assist with restore and disaster-recovery activities. Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, access permissions, and asset allocation using Atlassian Jira. Maintain IT asset inventory and software/license records. Monitor system health, availability, and performance in Intune. Troubleshoot application, operating-system, and infrastructure issues. Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, Runbooks. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, networking, and support. Follow IT security policies and assist with security audits and compliance requirements when needed

Required Skills

1–3 years of experience in IT Administration / System Administration Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Windows 10/11 Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Knowledge of Azure VMs, Storage, VNet, Entra ID/Azure AD, Monitor, AKS Knowledge on AWS EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda, ECS/EKS Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi Experience with backup and restore solutions in Azure Knowledge of endpoint security, antivirus, and patch management Hardware and software troubleshooting skills Experience with PowerShell or Bash scripting is an advantage Good documentation and communication skills
