We URGENTLY need middle "IT Operations (Network Engineering)"

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields
• Experience: 4+ years in network engineering
• Networking: Solid grasp of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing protocols, and VPNs.
• Hardware: Experience with enterprise networking gear (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, or Ubiquiti).
• Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and working knowledge of Windows/macOS environments.

Responsibilities:

• Network Maintenance: Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPNs, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex network, hardware, and system connectivity issues to minimize downtime.
• IT Support: Act as the escalation point for IT support tickets and user access management (Active Directory / Azure AD).
• Security & Docs: Implement network security measures, apply updates, and maintain technical documentation and network diagrams.
