Join us as our next Manager of IT Site Infrastructure & Operations and play a pivotal role in supporting the backbone of our organization's technology success. In this leadership role, you'll ensure the seamless operation of our technical infrastructure across facilities, driving innovation, efficiency, and stability that directly impact our business and customers.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the development, support, and maintenance of our IT systems—ranging from network and server management to supporting manufacturing processes and supporting staff. Your expertise in managing vendor relationships, leading IT projects, and supporting infrastructure upgrades will help us stay ahead in a competitive landscape.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the IT team responsible for the administration, support, and ongoing improvement of our infrastructure and business systems.
• Manage major system implementation projects, including application changes, facility relocations, and new system rollouts.
• Install, configure, and maintain networks, servers, and workstations following organizational standards, ensuring optimal uptime.
• Negotiate and oversee vendor contracts to acquire equipment, software, and services aligned with organizational needs.
• Assist with troubleshooting complex client/server environments and hardware/software evaluations.
• Develop and follow procedures for IT operations, incident management, and asset tracking.
• Serve as on-call network administrator on a rotating basis to ensure continuous support and availability.
• Collaborate with corporate teams to align infrastructure upgrades with business goals.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in systems administration or equivalent, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing technical staff.
• Proven experience managing infrastructure, including servers (Dell, HP, IBM), networks, and security.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft server products such as Server, Exchange, SMS, and SQL.
• Ability to communicate complex technical details effectively across all organizational levels.
• Experience coordinating vendor contracts and supporting multi-site infrastructure.
• Background in project management and strategic planning.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Certifications such as MCSE or related professional credentials.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge or experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or operational environments.
• Ability to navigate international travel as needed.

The projected hourly range for this position is $60-75.
