📢 We’re Hiring | Operations Engineer – IT Operations

📍 Location: Pune, India

💰 Budget: ₹6–7 LPA

💼 Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Windows Server administration and IT infrastructure operations.
• Handle OS/application patch management and vulnerability remediation.
• Perform vulnerability assessments using Tenable or similar tools.
• Manage incidents, changes, and service requests through ServiceNow.
• Support CrowdStrike Falcon EDR, security monitoring, and incident response.
• Conduct user access reviews and PKI certificate management.
• Work on PowerShell scripting, backup/recovery, and infrastructure monitoring.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration.
• Strong knowledge of patch management, vulnerability management, and IT Operations.
• Experience with ITSM processes and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure, VMware, and PowerShell is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Tenable, CrowdStrike, or similar security tools will be preferred.
