Role Overview:

For our client, a well-established international company operating across multiple European markets, we are looking for an experienced IT Procurement Specialist / Sourcing Manager (Contractor) to join a regional procurement team responsible for sourcing, contracting, and supplier management activities within the IT and Information Systems domain.

This role combines strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, contract lifecycle management, and stakeholder collaboration across multiple countries. It is an ideal opportunity for a procurement professional who enjoys working in a complex international environment and managing a broad portfolio of technology-related procurement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing and procurement initiatives across IT and Information Systems categories
• Manage end-to-end RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes
• Conduct supplier evaluations and support vendor selection decisions
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contractual conditions
• Manage software licensing, infrastructure, managed services, consulting, and application-related procurement activities
• Support contract lifecycle management, including:
• Contract extensions
• Change requests
• Statements of Work (SoWs)
• Pricing and scope amendments
• Contract revisions and terminations
• Review and finalize contractual documentation based on existing Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
• Maintain procurement and contract documentation within procurement systems
• Support procurement governance, approvals, reporting, and compliance activities
• Prepare procurement analytics, spend reports, and management reporting
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, legal, tax, and procurement colleagues across multiple countries

What Will You Need To Succeed:

• Previous experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or contract management
• Experience with IT procurement or technology-related purchasing categories
• Understanding of software licensing, IT services, infrastructure, and technology contracting
• Experience working within large multinational or corporate environments
• Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple procurement initiatives simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing contracts and commercial documentation
• Ability to work independently in a structured corporate environment
• Fluent Czech and English

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP Ariba
• Exposure to regional or international procurement organizations
• Experience supporting digital, IT, or technology procurement categories
• Understanding of software licensing models (subscription vs. perpetual licensing)
