We URGENTLY need "Product Manager/ Product Owner"

Requirement:

• Bachelor/Professional Degree in Engineering: Computer/Information/Tech/Science/Math or relevant.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in mobile app or digital product development.
• Proven experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management best practices.
• Experience working closely with software engineering and UX/UI teams.
• Ability to analyze data and transform insights into product improvements.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Firebase, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences through technology.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the company's mobile applications, from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Gather and translate customer needs, market insights, and stakeholder requirements into actionable product initiatives.
• Work closely with Engineering, UI/UX Design, Data Analytics, QA, and Business teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
• Prioritize product backlog and ensure timely execution using Agile methodologies.
• Monitor product performance, analyze user behavior, and leverage data to drive product decisions.
• Define and track key product metrics, identifying opportunities to improve user experience and business performance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and innovative opportunities.
• Coordinate product launches and communicate updates with internal stakeholders.
