Information Technology Project Coordinator

MMC is hiring for a Technical Junior Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, tracking, and documentation across multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources

· Track project progress and prepare status reports

· Maintain project documentation (BRD, SRD, FRD, SRS)

· Prepare MOMs and follow up on action items

· Coordinate with technical teams, clients, and stakeholders

· Identify project risks/delays and escalate when required

· Use Jira, Trello, and Microsoft tools for project tracking

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Business, IT, or related field

· 6 months to 1 year of experience in project coordination (mandatory)

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines

Timings: 12 pm to 9 pm

Working Days: Mon to Fri

Location: Gulshan e Iqbal, Karachi.
