We are seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of technology projects, including application implementations, system integrations, and infrastructure upgrades. This role works closely with project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to keep activities organized, resolve delivery obstacles, and maintain clear communication.

The ideal candidate can independently coordinate assigned workstreams, manage competing deadlines, and identify issues requiring project manager decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain project schedules, milestones, task ownership, and dependencies across multiple IT initiatives.
• Coordinate activities between development, infrastructure, quality assurance, security, business, and vendor teams.
• Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Maintain risk, assumption, issue, and dependency logs, escalating concerns with clear details on their potential impact.
• Prepare weekly status reports and leadership updates covering progress, upcoming milestones, delays, and decisions needed.
• Support project budget tracking, purchase requests, invoice reviews, and vendor deliverable monitoring.
• Coordinate requirements workshops and maintain project documentation, approvals, and change requests.
• Organize user acceptance testing, track defects and follow-up actions, and support business sign-off.
• Coordinate implementation readiness, training schedules, deployment communications, and handover to support teams.
• Improve project templates, reporting practices, and documentation quality while following established PMO standards.

Required qualifications:

• Approximately five years of experience in IT project coordination, technology project delivery, or PMO support.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting projects through planning, execution, testing, implementation, and closure.
• Working knowledge of the software development life cycle and Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods.
• Proficiency with one or more project tools, such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience maintaining documentation in SharePoint, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and business audiences, follow through on commitments, and manage conflicting priorities.
• Experience coordinating external vendors and tracking delivery against agreed requirements and timelines.

Preferred qualifications:

• CAPM, PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, or a comparable project management certification.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, cloud migrations, or IT infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with Power BI dashboards, resource planning, and project financial reporting.
