We URGENTLY need " IT Project Manager "

Requirement:

• Bachelor/Professional Degree in Engineering: Computer/Information/Tech/Science/Math or relevant.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Project Manager for IT development projects
• Preferably have experience handling IT Telecommunication project (IT Telco Project)
• Experience managing projects using waterfall (mandatory) and agile (optional) methodologies.
• Experience working with both local and foreign vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible and eager to learn new technologies and expand business domain knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively & logically propose issue resolution, solution, and monitoring approach.
• Foster good communication and atmosphere among Project Teams.
• Lead the communication and discussions/meetings between stakeholders and clients.
• Proactively engage with and manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects to ensure prioritization and planning of resources and deadlines.
• Contribute to project activities and deliver the associated project deliverables for all phases of a project and meet the client’s and other internal and external stakeholders' needs and expectations.
• Execute the assigned project as project manager, assess and report the project risks, issues, changes and resources (including subcontracts where applicable).
• Contribute to the monitoring, measurement and control of the project’s performance against the project plan.
• Coordinate and develop a deliverable (report) as well as create a presentation and summary to support the deliverables.
