- Monitor project financials, including budget utilization, resource allocation, forecasting, and documentation of scope or contract changes.
- Apply established project management standards while adapting reporting, governance, and communication practices to the complexity, risk, and needs of each engagement.

- Collaborate with security and messaging teams to establish performance measures, coordinate vendor responsibilities, and track the resolution of implementation gaps.
Azure Virtual Machine Optimization
- Manage initiatives designed to improve Azure virtual machine sizing, infrastructure performance, and cloud operating costs.
- Review infrastructure assessment results, coordinate optimization activities with cloud engineering teams, and communicate realized or projected cost savings and performance improvements.
AI/ML Pilot Initiatives
- Coordinate structured pilot programs evaluating potential AI and machine learning applications, including data access, evaluation criteria, testing activities, and stakeholder feedback.
- Establish pilot governance through measurable objectives, defined evaluation periods, and formal go/no-go checkpoints. Document results and recommendations to support future investment and deployment decisions.
Enterprise Systems Integration
- Manage integration initiatives connecting enterprise applications and platforms, such as ERP, CRM, Salesforce, and laboratory information management systems (LIMS), using APIs, middleware, or direct interfaces.
- Coordinate data mapping, interface development and testing, implementation readiness, and cutover planning across business and technical teams.
- Track integration defects, facilitate issue resolution, and coordinate activities through production deployment and go-live.
Laboratory Instrument and IT Asset Inventory
- Lead initiatives involving the identification, documentation, tracking, and lifecycle management of laboratory instruments and end-user computing equipment.
