Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project / Program Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery, transitions, transformations, and complex initiatives across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management, project governance, risk management, and leadership skills, with experience managing global teams in a matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project and program delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, budget, and quality expectations are met.
• Manage project transitions, transformations, and complex initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage stakeholder and customer relationships, including executive-level communication and reporting.
• Establish project governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and performance tracking.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, global delivery teams, and external stakeholders.
• Drive decision-making, resolve delivery challenges, and manage competing priorities independently.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, and corrective actions to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, project deliverables, and customer expectations.
• Facilitate project reviews, steering committee meetings, and governance discussions.
• Work effectively within a matrix organization and coordinate teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
