Lincoln Land Community College is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead technology projects from planning through successful implementation. This position coordinates project stages, timelines, resources, and priorities while guiding technical staff and keeping projects aligned with organizational goals.

Serving as a key liaison between business and technical teams , the IT Project Manager translates needs into actionable project plans, assesses business implications, monitors progress, and helps ensure projects are delivered on time, within established standards, and within budget .

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or extensive, relevant work experience
• 1,500 hours or one year of documented project management experience

Starting salary is likely to be between $66,342 and $89,983 per year with an excellent benefits package. The person hired into this position will be placed within this range based on education, training, experience, and skills as it compares to existing LLCC staff in similarly situated positions.

As a staff member at LLCC, you can look forward to 23 paid holidays a year, including 2 weeks at the end of the calendar year and one week in March for mid-semester break; 12 Fridays off in the summer; and 5 personal days, 12 sick days, and starting with 15 vacation days per year.
