About the role

As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of IT positions. You'll work closely with our Sales and Delivery teams to understand client requirements, source highly skilled professionals, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to placement.

You'll build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and your own market knowledge. This role offers the opportunity to work with international clients across industries including Financial Services, Technology, Engineering, Retail, Pharma, and Telecommunications.

About you

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally within IT, Technology, Engineering or Digital recruitment.
• Experience sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and modern sourcing techniques.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage.
• Commercial, relationship-driven and motivated by achieving results.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple vacancies.
• Passionate about technology or eager to develop your knowledge of the IT market.
