Information Technology Recruiter ( Sourcing Specialist )

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a results-driven IT Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on sourcing and attracting niche and hard-to-find technology professionals through LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, job boards, and other online recruitment channels.

The ideal candidate is skilled in Boolean search, talent sourcing, candidate screening, and end-to-end recruitment coordination and can work independently in a target-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source IT professionals through LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, referrals, and other platforms.
• Develop sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill technology roles.
• Use advanced Boolean search and talent mapping techniques.
• Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
• Assess technical background, experience, communication skills, availability, salary expectations, and notice period.
• Prepare candidate summaries and endorse qualified applicants to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS.
• Manage multiple vacancies while meeting hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
• Monitor sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and hiring outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT/Technology recruitment.
• Proven experience sourcing niche or hard-to-fill IT talent.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ATS and candidate management processes.
• Experience handling recruitment from sourcing through interview coordination.
• Strong Boolean search and online sourcing skills.
• Excellent screening, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple vacancies.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Results-oriented and able to meet recruitment targets.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience recruiting for specialized roles such as:

Software Engineering | Cloud | Cybersecurity | Data | AI/ML | Infrastructure | ERP | SAP | Other Niche IT Roles

Experience in agency recruitment, RPO, or high-volume technology hiring is an advantage.
