Information Technology Senior Manager

The IT Senior Manager is fully accountable for the stability, accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement of the ERP, POS, and related technology platforms, including store and office connectivity. This role ensures that operational, financial, inventory, and sales data are accurate, real-time, and decision-ready, enabling leadership and store teams to operate efficiently and confidently.

The role acts as the single point of ownership and escalation for ERP, POS, data, connectivity, and IT support issues, and is responsible for building internal capability within the Philippine IT team to ensure that all stores and offices receive timely, effective on-the-ground support in accordance with the company’s Policies & Guidelines (P&G).
