Information Technology Service Delivery Manager

For our Client, we are currently looking for a IT Service Delivery Manager to join a growing technology services organization located in the Tricity area. The role requires 4 days per week from the office and offers the opportunity to lead a team of technical experts delivering complex network and telecommunications projects for external clients.

As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of IT services, ensuring high quality, profitability, and efficient resource utilization while supporting the organization's business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team 10+ technical experts delivering technical projects and services for external clients.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations.
• Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects and services, including prioritization, resource planning, and workload balancing.
• Ensure the availability of skills and resources required to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Monitor project performance, team utilization, service quality, and overall profitability.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, methodologies, and operational standards.
• Build and develop team capabilities through coaching, knowledge sharing, recruitment, and succession planning.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and subcontractors involved in service delivery.
• Prepare and present management reports related to project delivery, resource utilization, quality metrics, and business performance.

Requirements

• University degree in technical related field.
• Min. 3-5 years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Proven experience leading teams delivering services and projects for external customers.
• Experience managing teams of approximately 10+ technical specialists.
• Strong background in project, service delivery, or operations management.
• Experience managing multiple parallel projects and service engagements.
• Solid understanding of project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, quality management, and risk management.
• Strong technical knowledge, preferably within networking, telecommunications, or infrastructure environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to balance technical, operational, and business priorities.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Fluent Polish and English language skills.
• Driving license (Category B).
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (4 days per week from the office).
• Availability for occasional business travel.
